Steam subscription problem

Yesterday I bought a 30 days subscription on steam and I dont have it in game. I already sent mail to swtor support and received information that my EA account is "dormant". I don't know what to do with it right now.

    The only available option is to call swtor support when the lines open on monday, and put a new email on that EA account

    EA support cant see that account as it have been data wiped, swtor can see it as it is linked to your swtor account 

    once that EA account is restored they can add the gametime from the steam purchase

    @Zek39 

    The linked ea account has been disabled, and uses a @ INTERIA.PL  email address ( this is a different email to what is used on the swtor account )

    use this link (insert the @ INTERIA.PL email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account

    Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com

    Unfortunately, I dont have access to that e-mail (account is deleted) so Is there another option than calling the support?

    HI, If you dont have an access to e-mail that the account is coneccted to the only way is to call the support. They will be able to change the conected e-mail account. It will only take few minutes so dont worry 😉
