Steam swtor sub
So the steam game time purchases are still a problem for swtor? I paid through steam for 60 days of gametime and an hour later I am still preferred. My swtor is linked to my steam and all that. My account name is shadewhisper

Why after a year of being linked through steam is this still an issue? They are happy to collect people's money but cant fix stuff like this? I know it's not you, I am just frustrated.
have flaggedd to check the account , steam usually fails for 2 reasons
1. not linked correctly
2. either the swtor or linked ea account is disabled for purchasing so game time doesnt apply

Likely MondaySupport have your email , however before they can add gametime the below needs to be done
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona Draazen (not Shadewhisper916 your posting on now) that EA account uses a different yahoo email then what is on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
I dont have access to my old email anymore. That is the only reason I used steam to buy my game time.
I have proven that I bought the game time, I have proven that I have access to the account. I shouldnt be ripped off for my $30 because EA has * integration into steam. If they won't give me my game time then I want my money back.
no game time can be added to that swtor account ever until this is sorted
give swtor support a call when the lines open and update the email on that account, that will resolve this for you.
The account email was updated to my current email yesterday. Sadly it was after I wasted my money.
