Are you able to bypass both repeaters and connect online without them just to determine they aren't causing the issue? If on a laptop are you able to directly connect to the modem to test?

Repeaters should generally be given static IPs from the same range just not ones assigned by DHCP. it appears you are running 2 separate networks on the repeaters. it can cause nat issues occasionally

Bypassing and connecting hardwired direct to the modem as belgorad mentions will at least indicate if this issue is related or not.

I gave up, just came back to inform all of you that were so helpfull that i could not make it work and lost all the drive to play SWTOR again.
