I have this quest for the companion Ashara named Defiance it is awarded right after a discussion but there is no quest text nor objectives and she will not talk further.

I have completed the entire class storyline and every other companions arcs.
I have her at companion level 12
Am I missing something what am I supposed to do?

Hopefully a resolution will be put in patch soon but they should be aware of it by this time.
Was reported in patch notes for 4.2a as being fixed. This however is just, excuse the language, utter *ehum*.
It's totally untouched and still bugged. For everyone.
So even when it's listed and seen and they are aware of it, they seem unable to do simple bug fixing, but they CAN pretend they did in the patch notes.
Might show up next patch with an added "for real this time", as it is their new catchphrase.
just out of interest, have you tried abandon the quest and do it again and see if it works then?
I re- abandon, and re-do the Quest Defiance DAILY to see if it has ACTUALLY been fixed, so far, just lies.... STILL the same stuck point where rather than completing it goes in Quest Log without objectives and sits there. its a simple fix for gods sake! Just make it so it COMPLETES... thats IT
