Stuck on loading screen
I have re downloaded the game and launcher multiple time and it the game still wont load past the splash screen. Im on windows 11.
Try pressing the ALT + Enter keys together a couple of times see if that helps
otherwise edit the client_setting file per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/Guide-Game-failing-to-launch-on-Clicking-Play/m-p/4809830/highlight/true#M70795
