So everything is looking good except the subscription still isn't active. I sent an email to [edit: email address removed] with screenshots showing the purchase and my steam ID and have yet to see any resolution on this. I think due to this issue between Steam and EA I'll likely be purchasing my game time and cartel coins through the SWTOR website instead to save me any hassle in the future, but is there any way to check to see if this has any resolution pending or has even been looked at? Or should I call the customer service hotline?
i have flagged to recheck the account, response will be in about 8 - 9 hrs when support are online here for the day

if not done so yet, you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account, it can be repurchased when the gametime ends
