Subcription process failed, yet I got charged.

As the subject says, I tried twice to make payments to purchase to get an subcription for something on EA's end to fail, yet I have gotten charged twice. I cannot do chargeback due to this failure due to it being an 'offense' that will get my account locked.

Anyone has had this problem yet?
