you will need to update the country used on the linked ea account , that ea account likely uses the email used to create the swtor account originally

an EA account was created automatically back then using the same email to create the account, that ea account is used for purchasing on your swtor account
if you go to the purchase history page on the swtor account, the email used on the linked ea account is listed on the top right of the page, although if the account is disabled that page will not load on your swtor account until fixed
i have flagged to check the account for issues , response will be in about 9 - 10 hrs when support are online for the day
if you have never changed the email address used on the swtor account, try resetting the password using this link with the swtor email address@proxos666yea it's disalbled, now i have this Account details for bunch of numbers ad
disabled.ea.comwill see if any way to resolve without calling support , will know in about 8 - 9 hrs time
worst case is you call swtor support and they can put a new email address on that ea account and you are all good again
