Also, I have been trying to call in accordance with your instructions. Your help page says that you should be open (1400 UTC) and yet no one answers -- just an automated response that your advisors are not available at this time.
My purchase was yesterday, 11/3, and put into closed today, 11/4, at 1:02 GMT. You can explain that one, too, since I have been dropped and continue to be in "preferred" status instead of subscribed. I've never had a purchase take this long, and I have been a subscriber for years. Right now you have my money and I feel you owe me at least 24 hours and counting.

@proxos666 , I am having same issue as @rtdavis. Money was taken from my account 11/3/20 cleared 11/4/20 around 1AM but I'm also still preferred. I'm literally paying for a service I'm not getting.

Support said you called in and have a ticket in the system, they will resolve this for you when an agent picks the ticket
