@proxos666 , I am having same issue as @rtdavis. Money was taken from my account 11/3/20 cleared 11/4/20 around 1AM but I'm also still preferred. I'm literally paying for a service I'm not getting.

Support said you called in and have a ticket in the system, they will resolve this for you when an agent picks the ticket

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona den2809rus (not CT-2897) that EA account uses a yandex email address
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
There is one open purchase for the 60 days , if that goes through it will be slated for refund.
once the ea account is sorted any further purchase should work as intended.
