Subscribed since Preorder. No Gap in payment. Now only showing "Preferred."

Have been a Subscriber to SWTOR since Preorder. Have never had a gap in my subscription; now when I log in, not only do I show as "Preferred" instead of "Subscribed," but I have lost Guildmaster rank in my guild, seem to have lost the ability to do most Emotes, and a host of other things. 

The ONLY thing that has changed is that my Paypal (through which funds are removed from my account and pay for my subscription) have changed from SWTOR.com to Electronic Arts, Inc. 

Have gone through and created this account (again, apparently, since my old one doesn't appear to work any longer) and thus linked the email address. 

Cannot request assistance in-game, since there is no way to contact support if the game doesn't believe that I am a Subscriber.

I'd really like to also recover my rank in various Guilds, since I was one of the only Subscribers left.
