Subscriber, can't level past 55, can't travel to Rishi

First off I'm a subscriber. Got mail from NPC saying I should go to Rishi, I've been playing through the Shadow of Revan Flashpoints and had completed them, but noticed I still couldn't gain any ...

So, at 20.10. this year i bought a gametime card for SW:ToR (i know i know, a little late for the new content and stuff, or so it seems as i did not get any) and

began to level up my Sith Maraudeur.

I also could start the Hutt Cartel Storyline and also have checked that i can start the Revan Storyline (talked to the robot at the Fleet and are now on my way

to talk to Darth Arkous).

But still i can't get more xp to surpass Level 55.

i already have enough to get to Level 56, but everytime i finish a quest or a mob or do something else which brings xp nothing changes.

So, is this a bug?

Can there be something done about it?
