subscription : An error has occurred while trying to process your request

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I tried buying a subscription, however my card, paypal and even EA wallet doesn't work.It says "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}"&nbsp;but it has been a few days now.I looked on the forum and it said that with old account it could be differences between the swtor account an the ea account. I made sure to put in the same informations, but I still can't subscribeswtor username is : guiguitrfthanks in advance for the help

unfortunately you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open, the linked ea account has been disabled and had its data wiped due to inactivity

the email that was used on that wiped account has been used now on another EA account, so when you call swtor support have a new email to put on the linked ea account, that will restore purchasing on your swtor account&nbsp;
