the subscription coins can be up to 72 hrs from when you last received them so need to check the coin ledger , also the security coins and sub coins can be on different dates , depends on when you attached the security key
you can send an email to support@swtor.com if it has been longer then 30days + 72 hrs since you last received coins

yeah nah mate its been 2 days since the sub was renewed and the ledger has no mention either IT or the 100 SC coins. nothing at all.

You can also do a ingame ticket just dont do one as a bug report

Contact support in-game
If you're a Subscriber and you need in-game support, create a ticket in-game:
- Click on the question mark icon on the main menu, (or press Ctrl + /).
- Click on Create ticket, then follow the on-screen instructions to provide details and submit your ticket.
My sub isn't active either. I sent an email do.. i need to do anything else?

I have a problem with the subscription purchase, I enter the payment method, I check the terms of sale and the "pay now" option is not available, I have already updated the page, I have already changed the method and the problem continues.

Support said they cant see an email from you , resend initially using the email address you have used on the swtor account per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
let me know when sent and i can recheck if they see an email
