This issue should be fully resolved

If your purchase or code redemption is failing with a different error message it is not related to this issue and CS should be able to assist you.

I have been a Sub since day one and now I cannot resub as my card expired and it would not let me change the pay method so now it unsubbed me. All I get for the last two weeks is the maintenance notice or ea billing unavailable. I am in Australia and have had trouble contact anyone to help. I have tried Twitter and Facebook but no one answers my msg. Username is Ziursudra.

This is certainly a known issue with CS and is being worked on , unfortunately that is all i can advise, apart from hopefully this is resolved soon
