For the Love of god...this again. EA "FIX" the Bloody Subscription Method for SWTOR.My Bank card date was expired and I got a new one and trying to type in the new Bank card and what do you know it doesn't work again like it was 2-3 years ago, One would think you fixed it years later but oh no. Won't accept the card. Why oh why did it need to be changed..Just let us be able to change or place new Bank card on the swtor site like in the past. I don't want to log in the Free to play incase I lose "ALL"!!!!! my Republic Credits/Money ingame, just to talk to support ingame. 😞Edit: Wow don't have this issue, ever or ESO. "ONLY" "ONLY" Swtor!!!!!I changed password, tried to type in the card on swtor site. didn't work. I changed Password on EA site and tried type in card there....didn't work. What is the problem?
Im still trying to type in bankcard at the payment method but your site still won't accept it. This is getting tiresome.
proxos666 was able to fix this the last time.
Account swook.
Fix/Update the Subscription payment method EA..............................................years after same issue.

You got to be kidding me.
In order to get help, I need to be subscribed but I can't for FFS. It keeps saying that. Send me around and then back to EA site.

@Swook You do not need to be a subscriber to contact support directly.

We aren't able to help with payment issues directly here on the forums as we're not able to go through the same verification or security as live support can.

As I said above you will need to contact SWTOR support directly.

Well I tried to call the Swtor support. However the phone company can not connect to UK on that number. Says it does "not exist" and I am from Sweden. Would been much much better that support was for everyone ingame. Not just Subscribers.
Or had a email contact like Wow and Eso have. I just want to subscribe again before 6 december or I lose my name characters.
Yes I even tried going into Swtor and it just says going to support "SUBSCRIBERS".
Wow and ESO never had the problem with subscribing like this with swtor. Just type in the bank card and voila it work. But not swtor, just have alot of technical issus after 13 years.....

Never got through as the phone company here is Sweden says "The number does not exist".
Im hoping proxos666 can help like last time 2-3 years ago. proxos666 is my only hope 🙂, as there seem to be no way to contact Swtor support. If I get it working, Im damn sure going to tell them to open ingame support/email support for non subscribers because this is ridiculous.

Ok I finally got through to Swtor support.
The "Getting help with SW:TOR from another country" thread worked. Didn't check that thread before. Im hoping I don't go through this again in...4 years.

You do not need to be a sub to keep your names. Log in as normal then 'activate' each character on the character selection screen and log into the game with each toon. I thought the same thing and had to re-read that e-mail again but this is the way to do it without being a sub.

I also had issues buying a subscription and had to update my EA account password since I haven't used my EA account in a long time and that allowed me to purchase a SWOR subscription.
