@proxos666 hello again i did what you typed in here make screenshotes of my steam payment and sended to mail [edit: email address removed] but i still didnt hear anything back for swtor this is not nice of you guys payed for 90 days and still not fixt you told me make screenshots of it everthing did what i most do but still no help or mail back or fixed it sad is this really
@proxos666, Hello. I have the same problem with my Steam subscription. I sent an email to swtor support mail from the mail associated with my account, but did not receive a response for several days. Yesterday I sent a message with my gmail address (Edit- email address removed). How can I find out if my message has arrived? My swtor account is GreyGoldDedData just in case. how long does it take to respond? Ty and sorry for my bad english.
if the email arrives at support , response time is 48 hrs at present

There is no swtor account with the username GreyGoldDedData there is also no swtor account with the email you provided.
There is also no swtor account connected to the EA account your posting from
it may be best if you call support so they can assist further
@proxos666, this email is not linked to my account.Just gmail address i used after i didn't get a response to the first email. Also i don't have an ea account linked to me since I created a swtor account recently and it didn't require any EA account link. It is strange that is no account with this username. i sent this screenshot in my email and there my swtor username and my linked steam account username. Maybe reset password or change email for my swtor account will help? And about a call, Can i call if i live another cotntry( not the USA,UK, Germany and France)?
I can confirm there is no issue on your account, so if you purchase on swtor.com it will work
i cannot tell if there is an email from the gmail email will need to give them 48/72hrs to see if they respond
there is no email however from the email linked to the swtor account
edit - as to calling yes , recommend voip or skype if your phone rates arent great calling there eg my vodoafone plan offers free calls to USA and UK from australia
