My user name for SWTOR is TechnoticDJ and I purchased a 2 month subscription and it doesn't say im subscribed on the site or in game. Basically when I was trying to buy it, it kept giving me errors then I tried the 2 month twice and it went through. But after the payment went through my account just said buy premium and it didn't even register that I paid for it even though the money fully came out of my bank account and shows on the payment history. It hasn't changed for a week and I tried emailing support but they said to contact EA and for payment issues but the payment wasn't an issue like the money went through now im out of 30 bucks and have been waiting a week to get that support reply. So I really hope you can help me out please. It didn't give me a purchase confirmation either. My in game name is Silmeedia.
Swtor CS said they are refunding the purchase you made so you can try to subscribe again.
Alright thank you so much is there an ETA on that refund so I can watch out for it?
All i have been told is that an hour ago CS said they are refunding it, so I would expect soon like in 2 - 3 business days for banks stuff to happen
Thank you a bunch you were way more help than trying to contact them through email. I will let you know if I haven't received my refund hopefully you won't hear back from me in like 3 to 4 days haha.
