Hello! My display name is Deejnis.
I purchased a 60-day non-recurring subscription on the 29th of april 2020, yet I did not receive any confirmation.
There is no subscription status in-game, nor on my swtor web account.
I used Sofort (Ingenico/Global Collect) as a payment option and I believe that something went wrong at the confirmation part on their end, so I contacted their support team.
They told me that the payment went through to EA, so that I should contact EA/SWTOR support.
I did not get the option to create a ticket in-game because i still have free-to-play status, so I had to send a mail to swtor support.
I provided all my details, as well as any reference number, but as of today, I still did not receive any reply or solution.
