I have changed my passwords and verified my email address on both SW:TOR and the EA/Origin sites; cleared browser caches and cookies on three different browsers on two different computers and still keep getting the same "Maintenance" pages and messaging. As I am not currently a subscriber, I cannot enter a ticket in game (and who made that decision, since that's apparently the only way to enter a ticket?) and it's been almost a week for me (and longer for others, I understand). I've been playing this game since 2012 (not straight through but with a few years' break) and would like to keep playing with my characters and not as preferred. Whatever changes I need to make, I've done and still cannot get this issue to resolve. This is not good business - making it impossible to give a company money. I would like to get this resolved and get the subscription up please. What do I need to do now? user name is bjamilkowski

(One idea that occurs to me is to cancel and delete the ea account, then re-create it. )
