@proxos666 You figured it out for me.(dynamix5) I didn't even know I had an EA/Origin Account. Apparently it was disabled due to suspicious activity which is what cuased my interruption in service. I went through the password reset, got access to the Origin account, and now my billing information is present on SWTOR. Thank you VERY much! I feel like I am halfway there.
I still cant add a subscription however. I still get the 'page too busy' message. I am going to give it some time and see if it is a propagation issue that just needs to work itself out.
I havent heard back from Support (i opened a ticket as you suggested) but if you have any other suggestions as well that would be great.
