Subscription Issues 2021 (not steam purchases) bought from swtor.com

I am also facing this problem. I am FTP but trying to buy a 60-days subscription and got below reply. My display name is KoolChyester.

      one has managed to go through because you used a different payment system and then you blocked yourself immediately with too many attempts again.
       
      try the usual billing troubleshooting: wait at least 24 hours before another attempt, use paypal, re-add card, talk to bank because new EU rules, call support if it persists
