Subscription Issues 2021 (not steam purchases) bought from swtor.com

Purchased 60 day pass on 12/31/20 but still have preferred status. My Bank acc. has been charged.

support can see you are subbed for 30 days now, they are refunding the 60 day purchase so that will process back
