Subscription Issues 2021 (not steam purchases) bought from swtor.com

Can you confirm the swtor username ? there is no purchase on MisteriA

    Yes, and that's weird. Paid twice for sub, but don't see any changes in my account

      @Ascoldio 

      can you double check the username used in the web browser 

      there are no purchase attempts for that username , so either the purchases are on a username very very close to  MisteriA or their is no purchase taken from your bank
