Support said it looks like a bank decline, maybe chat to your bank ?

Step by step
1) Going to "My account"
2) Going to "Subscription" to choose a plan
3) After pressing "By now" on any plan I get:
I don't see payment methods at all. So, this is sure not my bank issue.
And I can't pay since 1st January
