Hello. Few hours ago bought two months of subscription. Payment went through, but payment status in account activity says 'open' (for previous purchases it is described as 'closed'), and my game is still in preferred status. My username is " Alenkaa ", please help, and thank you.

have flagged with support , however it will be Monday before a response here, only way quicker will be to call support whilst the lines are open
the payment does need to change to closed before game time can be added, it may just be delayed

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona alen1515 (not VeryVeryBadHuman) that EA account uses the same yandex.ru email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
