I also tried to subscribe for 60 days and I got the message to try later. The payment was accepted in my ea account and by my bank, however I still have the status free-to play.
I have tried resetting the password to both my swtor account and my EA account.

same problem. i dont wanne call to the uk can i e-mail or get in contact with sombody?
i payed for the 60day and still shows as a free to play

Support have added the game time, so you should be good now
