Hey guys and girls, and @proxos666, I have a 90 day recurring sub but I logged in the game and have been made a Preferred Player. My last sub payment is closed on swtor.com. I am in Australia so I'm not sure calling will get me through in a timely manner. May I ask for any advice?

These are the details that are on my account. I still have 16 days of subscription play time remaining. So how come I am Preferred?
I also discovered that I cannot open a Support Ticket ingame.
Can a Gifted subscription cancel out a Recurring one?
