I've done that but they insist there's still an issue with with accounts not linking and I have to reset even though I already have
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona kdeker (not BrokenPandaBear your posting on now) that EA account uses a hotmail email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
If you can post here as kdeker you have the right ea account to reset the password
let me know when done and i can chase up the gametime as they have your email

if you dont have access to that hotmail email for the ea account kdeker give swtor support a call when the lines open , they can update the email on that account for you
