Subscription Issues 2021 (not steam purchases) bought from swtor.com

hey! It's Monday now can you help me with my problem back then on Saturday?


whenever I'm trying to make a purchase on the website it always go like "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}" even after I'm switch to paypal

Will appreciate your help!

Swtor support said there is no account issue on their side 

Recommend checking with the bank etc on why the purchases failed

A purchase via steam may work given you have steam linked to that swtor account
