can't sub aswell, tried kinda everything / also reseted both EA and swtor passwords.

I am having the exact same issue and unhelpful error tag "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance" I have never had as many problems with an account as I have with this EA account. I look into the link provided and am greeted with the reality that I cannot contact customer support unless I'm subscribed.....Are you serious?!
