Subscription Issues 2021 (not steam purchases) bought from swtor.com

I cant purchase any Gametime and/or Suscription.

Username is Zukasastorm

Everytime i try, i get the following: An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}

In the Buy History is a 2  month suscription from 04.01.2021...but ungame i´m still just preferred account

You should be good, the game time should be added now.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona zukasa3011 (not StromYo) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  (use the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Support are refunding the 3 purchases made whilst the account was disabled, you will be ok to purchase again after the password reset happens.

I bought a sub it bugged out said was unable to make the perchase but it was made and i was charged here is the proof i just want my sub activated.

I just bought a sub was charged the money was taken out and i still don't have a sub on the game please help. Who am I supposed to contact?
