Tried emailing the support email but its been 3 days and i haven't had a reply,
Same issue as others. i got charged but the subscription hasn't come through

support can see you are subbed for 30 days now, they are refunding the 60 day purchase so that will process back

Support have said that you must of had an EA account merger at some point ?
The linked EA account is deactivated and needs to be re-activated to fix purchasing in swtor , this link may help https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/close-ea-account
you need to raise a ticket with EA to get the ea account reactivated apparently it is using an old email
post back when that EA account is sorted

Support do not have any email from you , they are adding the game time to your account so you should be good now.

I just bought a game code and entered it. They took the code and it worked but it came up with an error im on the phone with EA support to fix the merging issue but can they add the subscription i payed for and the game time code i entered? USER: unaturalx
Can you get the invoice of my payment from support of my payment going through for EA support becuase i was charged 31.86$ for a sub but its not working and I payed
Currently need help, I've been trying to subscribe for a few days now & I get the a billing error when I try to redeem a code, I've been getting errors when trying to either redeem a code (already bought a 90 day on Amazon) or when I try to subscribe with the 60-day non renewal option. The error is: The EA Billing and Management services cannot be accessed at this time. Please try again later.

Game time can only be added to that swtor account after the linked ea account is active again
