I tried to buy a 60-day subscription (non renewal option) on 2021/01/14 got some errors it so i waited to try later but it debited my bank account and I still have prefered status.

Hi. I’ve been actively trying to subscribe for months now and was unable too due to the server saying it was under maintenance on the website. I would really like to subscribe ASAP.

So the EA account name is Gibberish? If so, that's not my account. I don't understand what you mean by giberish. It doesn't matter, I have tried and not working for me. I can't even figure what the account name or email that I've used to whatever that swtor account is connected too. I only have knowledge of this account and my other one that I have, which I tried resetting that password and didn't work.

I have tried multiple times to continue my subscription on the swtor website since it ran out, and it keeps failing. My swtor username is Tigerorange

Support have added game time as there was one successful transaction
Support says your subscribed now , any further issues ?
