the 60 days has been refunded and the game time for the code should be added today

There is no swtor account attached to that EA account , so to help will need the swtor username

Try using incognito mode with chrome to be sure browser cache doesnt interfere , you should be able to purchase a sub now

Yes, and that's weird. Paid twice for sub, but don't see any changes in my account

can you double check the username used in the web browser 

there are no purchase attempts for that username , so either the purchases are on a username very very close to  MisteriA or their is no purchase taken from your bank
