Trying to get back into the game and when I try to buy a subscription on swtor.com it says that I can't due to huge traffic.
Doesn't allow me to change my billing method either (Billing service currently unavailable).
Username (Display name) is Orlan_Makk
Issue seems to be coming from my linked EA account
I first created my swtor account back in 2011 and it created an EA account as far as I understand
Weeeeell, one doesn't seem to exist anymore, since I tried all my passwords with the appropriate Email address and tried to reset it, but no luck so far...
help

bought my subscription on swtor.com on dec 23,2020 and today on jan 03, 2021 my account was changed to preferred the money has come out of my account. I have a screen shot of the transaction on my swtor account

Support said you are subbed now so that is good to hear, seems their system didnt like your card

try incognito mode using chrome, they see no sub attempts so maybe a browser cache issue
