but it dont work and i lose my 60 ruble 2 time
Support said the account is ok, but no sign of purchase attempts via the website
The 60rubles will be a merchant verification charge so maybe they are rejecting the card details before swtor see's them
given you have a steam account attached to that swtor account have you tried to purchase via steam ?

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona greasylovepump (not Scubton your posting on now) that EA account uses a gmail email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I bought "Star Wars : The Old Republic - Knights of the Fallen Empire - Exklusiv Amazon Startpaket [PC Online Code]" from Amazon for 39,99€ and got the 2400 cartel coins and the rancor pet, but not the 3 months subscription. I suspect this happened because at first I entered the code on the website in "Redeem a Code" and not in "Subscription" > "Game Time Code", also I got the message "A validation error has occured while trying to process your request. Please try again later." when I entered the code in the "Redeem a Code" section. And when I entered the code again this time in both sections, I got the message "The code has already been used.".
Then I checked the "Cartel Coins" section on the website and saw that I got the cartel coins, but when I logged in, I was not a Subscriber, just still the "Preferred Status" which I already had been before. I got a mail ingame saying "Thank you for purchasing the Cartel Coins card", so it seems to me like only that part of the bundle which I bought on Amazon got succesfully redeemed.
email the amazon code to support@swtor.com using the email on the swtor account

To fix the account issue you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , this is the only way to fix that swtor account
have the code with you when you call too
