To fix the account issue you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , this is the only way to fix that swtor account
have the code with you when you call too
Hi i tried to buy from swotor website bet didn't allow me, I have no idea what. Because of that, I bought via Steam and of course, I don't get sub, that was the only option I had. But I paid get the confrimation and now I don't have money and I don't have sub in game.
My steam is pomara5
My swotor is DamianSi

I have tried paying for the 60 Days (Billed once) subscription via the SWTOR website and it has failed. I have tried both debit/credit cards and it returns me with try loading a different card. I have also tried paying with PayPal and it always shows that the payment failed upon reviewing the purchase history.

Support have asked you stop trying to purchase for now , you need to wait now to see if the "open" purchases close or fail
