You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

I am having the same issue. I just subscribed through steam and it has been almost 3 hours and still says preferred status. Oh and my game tag is DemetriArmande

When i checked support did not have an email for the steam purchase per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
To fix the account for future purchases, You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona skull222k (not ryan00oo8 your posting on now) that EA account uses a Yahoo email
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I just got a Subscription on Steam as well, and it doesn't seem to be registering. Do I need to do something else?

same thing is happening to me. bought a 30 day sub through steam and it won't activate. I used to have a sub through steam so I have a hard time understanding why it won't work

hey im having the same subscription issue where ive purchased the sub but swtor isnt registering it being there

I also have an issue with my Steam purchase for the Sub. I have just sent the email to support with the 3 needed screenshots.

So this is a glaring issue and there seems to be no way to contact EA Support OR Steam support, but i have bought a subscription not even an hour ago through steam and my subscription is not activating to showing up in game, yet steam still says that my subscription is paid for and in my library.
My SWTOR user is xVisionMortisx
i do not function well when my money is involved like this, but i enjoy EA's title and i am remaining as calm as possible, so is there any way someone and please assist me in fixing this issue, i can provide proof of purchase, in fact i have through steam and other means but i'm not getting responses from anything EA related or Steam related about this glaring issue and hole in Ea and Steams transaction issue.- proxos6663 years agoHero+
