To fix the account for future purchases, You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona bumbardier (not Vladon5454 your posting on now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
When i checked Support did have your email in the queue for an agent , so if you get the above sorted , you just need to wait for their reply , if the above password reset isn't done when it gets to an agent, the agent will ask you to call.

You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

can you login and post here as bumbardier ? support are saying that account is still disabled needing password reset

it is not Bumbardier54 the accounts persona is Bumbardier and uses the same email as on your swtor account
