Hi my account name is PekkanSith, and i activated sub using steam, i also sent the 3 pictures to their mail for fixing. is there anything else i can do or just wait?

Support cant see an email from you
go to help.ea.com and login there using the swtor email (not the pekkan account) , on that ea account go to https://help.ea.com/en/my-cases/
you will find case # 114313296 upload the screenshots and let me know when done

I'm having the same problem my user name for SWTOR Is NolanHolt,I subbed on steam, and my account is linked as well. Steam account is (shade). I purchased the 30 day sub I have not been credited for it yet.

you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

Bought a subscription through Steam last night for Swtor account IRNurgle under my Steam account ch30s. And still nothing yet this morning. Still acting as preferred. No response from support. Don't know what to do.

Having the same issue, Purchased the sub via Steam last night. Sent the email per the recommended directives above, currently awaiting reply.
