Subscription not working ingame been 6 hours

Bought it on the main website not steam tried to contact in game but it still says subscribe now can it be manually activated please ? IGN username callmegoughy

no need to call , but you do need to email per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message

the email you sent does not have the correct proof of purchase needed

you need to log out of the game and log backin for the gametime to take effect
