Support said the sub is active now , so that is good to hear
I have a reoccurring subscription.
On the 15th of June I got the usual Cartel Coin email you get as a subscriber.
The game and the forums have me flagged as not being subscribed.
I would like to either have:
1. My subscription credited to me like the Cartel Coins were.
Or
2. An explanation on how to get this straightened out. I do not want to have this come back to bite me in the future if I was incorrectly credited Cartel Coins if the game has me flagged as not being a subscriber.

Support said it appears the bank declined the payment, so my guess is the monthly coins were added as normal but payment failed. happens sometimes
