Bought a subscription through Steam last night for Swtor account IRNurgle under my Steam account ch30s. And still nothing yet this morning. Still acting as preferred. No response from support. Don't know what to do.
Support said the gametime was added , so that is great to hear

Having the same issue, Purchased the sub via Steam last night. Sent the email per the recommended directives above, currently awaiting reply.

You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account
