Having the same issue, Purchased the sub via Steam last night. Sent the email per the recommended directives above, currently awaiting reply.

You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account
https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Getting-Help-and-Board-Guidlines/td-p/48...when i checked , they could not see an email , so have the screenshots handy when you call and ask to upload to a case whilst on the phone
