Subscription not working ingame been 6 hours

Bought it on the main website not steam tried to contact in game but it still says subscribe now can it be manually activated please ? IGN username callmegoughy

you no longer need to call per se , i would say you had reset the password on the linked ea account so the account is active again

however you do need to resend the screenshots per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message

I presume had been cropped too much , so need to redo uncropped screenshots
