When buying a 60-day subscription through swtor.com, my money was debited from the card and the subscription time was not added. How can I solve this problem?

Me too, i take 1 month on steam with paypal and didn't work,

support cant see an email from you was that sent from the email on the swtor account ? it maybe best to call and they can get you to upload the screenshots
Seems the swtor transaction hasnt closed yet , check the transaction on swtor.com it needs to say closed.
support said if you need more info will need to call

both are still open, if they change to close and you dont have game time , post back here and can chase up for you
Now they are closed but i'm still in preferred status.
