Subscription problem

When buying a 60-day subscription through swtor.com, my money was debited from the card and the subscription time was not added. How can I solve this problem? Site name - SiRBermud Payment time 13:...

    @BulletFlys 

    Support can see your account is now in subscribed status 

    they are queuing one of the transactions for a refund when it closes in the system
