Hi @proxos666 I'm currently going through this issue too. I've been in contact with support a few times and they seem to be working it out, but would it be possible to pass a piece of advice along to the team?
In their initial reply to me they complained that I had not included my SteamID in the screenshot (I actually had done exactly as they asked). They then provided the details on how to do so (again). Only problem is the instructions they give are flawed as they don't take into account the fact many Steam users have a custom Steam URL, hiding the required ID. Could I recommend instead that they ask for a screenshot of the users SteamIDFinder page or something equally fool proof.
Do note I'm not really complaining or anything about the support provided (It's actually been very prompt!), just trying to make it easier for other users and to minimise the amount of emailing back and forth for people (Plus, not all users will understand why support are asking for the ID still when they've followed the instructions to the T)
