Subscription Status Inactive

I need help with my subscription status. I subscribed 10 hours ago to swtor and it’s still showing my subscription as inactive and status as closed. . SWTOR 30 Day Subscription CLOSED ...

what is the swtor account displayname ? sometimes there can be a delay between purchase

will put in the queue for tomorrow to check the status but need the account name
